Positive: Easy key access Some issues were quickly fixed Swift communication from John Negative: Pillow was extremely worn. We resorted to using cushions from the sofa & sleeping on the sofa! Insufficient instructions on where to get linen Cupboard was broken Things left behind by previous occupant which reflects shortcomings in cleaning - clothes & even an ankle monitor handbook! Utensils, plates, cups were stained with hardened food upon arrival. Floor sticky Mould in fridge Half used toilet rolls & insufficient toilet rolls were provided. Washing machine was slimy, grimy & mould stained We had to request a follow up clean after check in. This was addressed by John (thank you!). Would note that although follow up clean addressed some issues, it was not acceptable that mouldy fridge & slimy washing machine was not addressed as it rendered the appliances inadequate for use. Plumbing issues - clogged sink, damaged shower head. We were not able to shower in our accommodation for 2 days! Again, we’d expect that this would be audited by the property management team or flagged by the cleaners prior to check in. It was only addressed because we requested a plumber attend - thank you John for arranging this. Heating was not turned on prior to check in. While it is noted that guest can turn on heating upon check in, it is not hospitable or satisfactory for guest to attend a cold property in winter. No compensation or good will gesture offered despite issues during stay. Garden was wild / not maintained Late check out fees were extortionate at £20 per hour

A little gem Positive: Quite and relaxing everything you need is on your doorstep Denton pub near by is excellent Negative: Shower was awkward to use and no mirror in bathroom

Satisfied Positive: Location strategic. All shops and supermarkets near. Highway and Airport at small distance. Lovely neighbourhood. Quiet place. House clean and with all accessories. Autonomous efficient heating. Negative: Everything was really good.
