The hosts were very responsive. That’s about it.
Positive: How responsive they were and the fact we’re getting a full refund.
Negative: When we first walked into the Airbnb, there was a strong smell of smoke going through the whole house. To be fair to the host the acted quickly and rang up the gas services. Gas engineer discovered that there was a gas leak, gas had to be turned off and was never turned back on through out the whole stay. So we had no heating or hot water for the entirety of the stay. Some of the beds had stains on the blanket, some of the wardrobes were broken so couldn’t hang any of the clothes.
