I would stay here again as its a very convenient location. Positive: The location was fantastic there are loads of food choices and 24hr stores also Town center is walking distance.

Avoid this property Positive: Easy to find Negative: Full of faults, no functioning telly, back garden full of rubbish, dangerous stair carpets, damaged working blinds, shower rail not attached to structure.

Didn’t stay, very poor and try to make you sign your life away with an insane contract! Negative: There was an extensive ‘contract’ to sign before you were allowed to have details to access the property. This included - allowing them to remove any reviews that you may write on booking.com, being responsible and having to pay a fee for any complaint made while at the property (regardless of whether this was frivolous), a call-out fee for any visits to the property from the company, and a commitment to an unreasonable level of cleaning (including the insides of the toilets!!) or they could decide you were ‘in breach of the contract’ and take money from the £250 deposit you were required to pay. Needless to say I refused to sign the contract which they eventually agreed to after many emails. They also required you to upload passport/IDs for all guests to an AI service for ‘checking’ which I also refused. We still decided to stay at the property as had activities booked for the weekend. However upon arrival a number of issues arose - there were no curtains or curtain pole in one of the 3 bedrooms, there was no remote control for the tv, the microwave was broken, there were stains on the furniture and generally it has the vibe of a poorly looked after student house (poor painting, mismatched furniture and woodchip walls everywhere). I contacted the company to ask about the curtains and they seemed very surprised but had no solution. Ultimately at 8pm we decided we couldn’t stay and began looking for a hotel. To be fair, the woman I spoke to on the phone was pleasant and they did refund both my deposit and fee relatively quickly but we missed the activity we had booked that evening and had to cut the weekend short due to the last minute prices of hotels. Ruined the weekend to be honest. 0/10
