Convenient and comfortable, just needs a little bit of upgrading to fit 4 people.
Positive: The location was brilliant as I was visiting our daughter at Derby University. It was a 6 minute walk to her accommodation. For the price we paid, it was really convenient. I would use this place again.
Negative: It was a 4 person accommodation. However, there were not enough bowls, cups and glasses for each of us. There was only a 3 seater sofa, so one of us needed to sit on the chairs we used around the table.
